Hi Reader!

The recipe cooking challenge this month is my Pistachio Cheesecake!

You know I love pistachios so it was pretty much inevitable that this Pistachio Cheesecake has made it to dessert of the year in my house! The best part is that the pistachios are baked right into the crust and has pistachio paste in the filling. It's seriously so good!
