5 Ways to Use a Can of Pumpkin 🎃

Hi Reader!

I feel like pumpkin is one of those ingredients where I open a can for one recipe and then have the rest sitting in my fridge 😂. So this week, I’m sharing a few easy ways to use it up, whether you’re in the mood to bake something (I highly suggest my pumpkin banana muffins... they're so good!), making breakfast, or going in a totally different direction, like a dinner using a whole can!

Use the Whole Can

Or Finish a Can with Another Recipe!

Hint: It tastes like the coffee shop version, but you don’t have to leave the house for a slice. 👀

A Few Pumpkin Tips

Freeze what’s left: I like freezing leftover pumpkin in ¼-cup portions so I can grab exactly what I need for another recipe.

Don’t swap in pumpkin pie filling: Make sure you’re using plain pumpkin purée. Pumpkin pie filling already has sugar and spices added.

The Loaf Pan I Use

The pan I use for banana bread, pumpkin bread and other quick breads. The 9×5 size gives you a nice, evenly baked loaf with plenty of room for those taller slices!
