Dinner’s done in 30 (really!)


Hi Reader!

I’m traveling this week, which means I’m all about quick, low-effort meals that still feel homemade. These fall recipes come together in 30 minutes or less, and most of them reheat really well, which means my family can just heat and eat while I’m away. Before leaving, I like to make or prep a few cozy dinners ahead of time, nothing fancy, just comforting meals that taste just as good the next day.

If you want to follow along, I’ll be back in Grand Rapids this Friday for my Mezze & Tapas night, and then heading to Morocco soon to learn all about olive oil. It’s going to be such a fun month of food and travel. I can’t wait to share more with you!
