It’s Too Hot to Cook Tonight 🥵
Published 1 day ago • 2 min read
Hi Reader!
I don’t know about you, but once it gets this hot (95 degrees in Michigan!!), the last thing I want to do is turn on the oven or stand over the stove!
One trick that makes no-cook dinners so much easier is keeping cooked chicken in the fridge, whether it’s meal-prepped or from a rotisserie chicken. I also always keep a few canned staples like chickpeas, beans, and tuna on hand because they can turn into dinner really fast.

Kitchen Gear You're Loving!
No-cook dinners usually mean lots of chopping, so I always pull out my veggie chopper. It gets the prep done faster!
