Hey Grand Rapids friends!

I’ll be in Grand Rapids for a special event at the Women's Sports & Health Expo this weekend!

I'll be part of a panel with two other inspiring, knowledgeable women discussing how to support women of all ages and stages.

I will also have a booth featuring Feel Good Foodie, some Oath Oats, and I'll be signing my cookbook, too! If you're nearby, I hope to see you there!

Feel free to explore, learn about various topics, and enjoy numerous resources, interactive activities, and demonstrations geared towards active women. This space also welcomes the families, friends, and supporters who cheer them on!
