Here are the new vegetarian recipes that were just released, and you'll notice most of them are Mediterranean recipes that I was making during Ramadan last month. I love that even though they are vegetarian, they are still hearty, filling and so good! 3 of them even pack in plant-based protein from lentils, chickpeas or black beans.
