Put Dinner on a Sheet Pan 🙌
Published 18 days ago • 2 min read
Hi Reader!
I love a sheet pan dinner for the very obvious reason: fewer dishes 😂. But I also love that once everything is chopped, seasoned and on the pan, dinner is pretty hands-off.
I pulled together four easy dinners below, plus a sheet pan recipe I make when I want everyone eating breakfast at the same time, and a few tips that make sheet pan meals turn out even better.

3 Things I Do for Better Sheet Pan Meals
The pan matters, but how you fill it matters even more.
Give everything room: If the pan is crowded, the food steams instead of browning. I’d rather use two pans than pile everything onto one.
Match the cook times: Cut slower-cooking ingredients smaller or give them a head start so everything finishes together.
Use high heat. Most sheet pan meals benefit from a hot oven so you get those browned edges instead of soft vegetables.

The Sheet Pans I Use
I like simple aluminum sheet pans with a rim. They heat evenly, give food plenty of room to brown and are what I reach for for all of these recipes.
