Published 6 months ago • 2 min read
Hi Reader!
We all have those nights when cooking feels like too much work. That’s when I reach for a sheet pan. It’s dinner all in one pan, cooked in the oven, and cleanup is just a quick wash.
Here are some meals and tips that make busy nights feel doable, and I think you'll agree!

5 Tips for Making Sheet Pan Meals
|
|
#1: Cook in stages if needed: Some ingredients may have different cooking times, such as shrimp vs. broccoli or chicken vs. mushrooms.
#2: Ingredient size matters: Alternatively, you can prep your ingredients to cook at the same time. For example, if cooking potatoes with a relatively quick cooking fish, consider slicing the potatoes thinly so they finish at the same time.
#3: Spread out ingredients evenly on the pan, giving space to those that you want to have a crispness to them.
#4: Use parchment paper or foil for easy cleanup.
#5: Heat up the sheet pan first for even cooking.
