I can’t believe we’re already at meal plan 100! When I sent the very first one, I honestly wasn’t sure if anyone would want to map out their week with me, but here we are… showing up, cooking, getting dinner on the table.



MONDAY

Cherry Tomato Pasta

Quick Tip: Avoid overcrowding the pan so the tomatoes blister and char instead of steam.

TUESDAY

Chicken & Rice Casserole

Quick Tip: Cover the rice tightly with foil. If there are any gaps, the rice will take longer to cook.

WEDNESDAY

Lasagna Soup

Quick Tip: Deglaze the pot after you cook the ground beef scraping up any browned bits from the bottom. This adds flavor to the soup!

THURSDAY

Creamy Cajun Chicken

Quick Tip: If you’re not using a homemade Cajun blend, it could be spicy! That’s why I like to try a little first on its own and then adjust if needed!

FRIDAY

Pan-Seared Steaks

Quick Tip: Pull your steaks out of the refrigerator and let them sit for about 30 minutes before cooking them. This will help the steak to cook more evenly.
