What Made January So Good 💙

Hi Reader!

January has been so cold here in Michigan with so many snow days and school closings for my kids, so I'm so glad it's finally over haha!

I kicked off the new year with 31 days of Healthy'ish daily recipes on my website. I added some great new recipes like Cottage Cheese Waffles and Protein Muffins to kick off your morning, and Sweet Potato Tacos and Lemon Chicken Orzo for easy weeknight meals.

I also jumped into making my weekly meal plans every Sunday to set my week up for success. So whether it's meal prepping, adding more protein or fiber to your diet, or just finding a new cooking routine, I hope you follow along wherever you need!

I went to LA for the Tastemaker Conference, where I spoke on a panel about community and how to find balance as a business owner. It was great being able to share my insights and being around some of my favorite creators!

I hosted a birthday party for one of my close friends and had it all catered with a sit-down plated dinner so I could actually enjoy the party without being in the kitchen all day. It was such a beautiful celebration to break up the cold gloomy days we've been having!

I recently learned that my cookbook is going into reprint, which is super exciting! Forever grateful for you all and the continued support. If you’re looking for a gift (or a little self-care) to keep the healthy’ish momentum going through 2026, you can grab your copy here.

I thought it would also be fun to share some of my favorite finds this month:

👗I wore on repeat: Corduroy Skirt
