What Made November So Good 💙

Hi Reader!

November was more like NovemBLUR! I started the month at a publishing conference in Boston where I connected with other web publishers on the latest trends in web search, AI, social media tools and email marketing. We celebrated my son's birthday and my husband's birthday and there was a whole lotta cake!

After the conference, I hosted a pop-up dinner event at my favorite restaurant in Grand Rapids where I had a chance to meet so many of you! I worked with their team to create delicious Spanish tapas inspired by my cookbook! It was a really fun night of community, connection and good food!!

I had the incredible opportunity to travel to Morocco this month to learn all about how olive oil is made. We got a full tour of the olive oil farm and even got to explore via camel! I learned so much and got to try some great food. It was only a day and half brand-sponsored trip so I extended it with a friend and we got to visit Marrakech, Fes, Chefchaouen and Casablanca - so much to see, do and eat!!

And of course it was turkey time when I was back in the states! I hosted my annual Friendsgiving dinner with my friends sharing with them my yearly Feel Good Foodie menu, and then Thanksgiving in Dearborn with my family! My kitchen was definitely working overtime, but all the memories (and the leftovers!) were well worth it.

We rounded out the month by snagging some great deals on Black Friday. It was an incredible, action-packed month! Now that the initial holiday rush is over, I'm ready to dive into even more cozy winter recipes. Stay tuned!
